European Union Whistleblower Directive should be implemented by the end of December 2021, but this deadline has been extended by several months. It is said that by the end of 2022 Directive will be officially adopted and its regulations will first cover entities that employ 250 and more employees, next, by December 17, 2023, they are due to be all companies with a minimum of 50 employees covered.
