In the EU, the duty comes from your national whistleblowing law, based on the EU Whistleblower Directive (2019/1937). In most EU countries the line is 50 workers, and every site counts toward it. Elsewhere, check your local law.

They scan a QR code, or type the link into any phone browser. The form asks for no name, no email address and no password. After sending, they keep a private access code and use it to read your reply.
