About WeMoral
WeMoral is whistleblowing software built in the European Union. Since 2021 we have helped organizations receive, investigate and resolve reports of misconduct through one secure, anonymous channel, in line with the EU Whistleblower Directive and GDPR.

Why WeMoral exists
WeMoral started in 2021. Most people who see wrongdoing at work stay silent, because they are afraid of what speaking up might cost them. Their employer usually finds out about the problem much later, once it has turned into a lawsuit or a headline.
We built WeMoral to close that gap. A reporting channel only works when the person using it trusts it completely, so we designed ours around the reporter. Anonymity is built into how the software works, every report is encrypted, and follow-up never asks who you are.
WeMoral is a Polish company, headquartered in Łódź and built entirely in the European Union. We help organizations across Europe and beyond act on problems while those problems are still small, and protect the people who raise them. Ethics at work should be something an employee can test in practice.
What WeMoral does for your organization
A channel people actually trust
Every design decision starts with the person making a report. If they do not feel safe, they will never file one, so nothing in WeMoral stands between them and a first message.
Typed, spoken or uploaded, whichever the reporter can manage
The reporter picks the language, out of 25
A follow-up conversation that never asks for a name
Everything a case needs, in one place
Reports arrive in one encrypted workspace, and your team carries each of them from the first message to the final decision without anything slipping into a private inbox.
Deadlines, status and the full history of a case
Only the handlers you name can open sensitive fields
Figures your board and your auditors can read
One product, one job
We only make whistleblowing software, without the sprawling compliance suite and the bolted-on modules that arrive with the bigger platforms. That focus is why your reporting channel is live in under 5 minutes and why the price fits in a budget email.
Built for EU Directive 2019/1937 and GDPR from day one
Public pricing, no installation fees
60-day trial with every feature included
How we protect reporters and their data
Security claims are easy to make, so here is what the software does to keep a reporter's identity out of reach.
Anonymity by architecture
We wrote the reporting form so that it has nothing to hand over. It records no address, and the scripts that would profile a visitor never run there.
Nothing hidden in the file
Photos and documents carry the name of whoever made them. WeMoral removes that on upload, so an attachment cannot identify the person who sent it.
Unreadable without the key
Case content is scrambled while it travels and while it sits in our database. Opening it takes a second password that only your own handlers hold.
A record of every read
Every time a handler opens a report, WeMoral writes it to the audit log. When a regulator asks who saw a case, you can answer with a timestamp.
