How does the free trial period work?
We provide access to all features of the PRO plan. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with the WeMoral solution. You can decide to buy a PRO subscription or cancel at any time with no consequences.
Are there any additional costs?
No, there are no additional costs, and you will not be charged anything extra. The monthly fee covers the solution with installation and customization.
Do I get free updates?
Yes. The updates are released for all users at no extra charge (including new components and features).
How long does implementation take?
The reporter-facing form is live in under 5 minutes. Rolling the channel out into your internal procedures, training case handlers, and communicating it to staff usually takes a few days, depending on organisation size.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes, you can get a 20% discount for subscribing for 12 months.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. The subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Alternatively, we issue invoices that can be paid by a traditional wire transfer. All listed prices are in net amounts.
Do you have any cancellation fees?
No. WeMoral is a service paid on an ongoing basis. We do not have any cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time, the subscription will expire at the end of the current billing period.
Do you sign a custom Data Processing Agreement?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan we sign a custom DPA tailored to your processing context. Standard Contractual Clauses are included for cross-border data-transfer edge cases.
