A draft of the Polish law on whistleblower has been published

On the website of the Government Legislation Centre today published a bill on signals, which will implement into the Polish legal order the assumption of the directive of Parliament European and Council (EU) 2019/1937 of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting violations of Union law.
